2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system (if available).
- Clients are advised to arrive at least 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other clients.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Failure to attend (no-show) may result in being charged the full session fee.
4. Payments
Payment is required at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash and other payment methods as communicated during booking.
5. Health & Medical Conditions
Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to treatment.
- Nimo’s Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
- Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.
6. Professional Conduct
We maintain a strictly professional environment.
- Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
- Clients are expected to treat staff with respect at all times.
7. Liability
While we take all reasonable care, Nimo’s Massage Therapy is not liable for:
- Any injury or loss resulting from undisclosed medical conditions
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
8. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
- Gift vouchers (if offered) are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specified.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information is handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Your information will only be used for booking, communication, and service improvement purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
