✅ Payment: Treatments must be paid for in advance via bank transfer or cash.

✅ Hygiene: I use disposable wet towels to remove excess oil after massage.

✅ Shower Facilities: Showers are only available for clients booking a Full Body Exfoliation.

✅ Security: CCTV is in operation 24/7 for the safety of all clients and staff.

✅ Behaviour Policy: Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped immediately, and the police may be involved if necessary.
